Project to begin in the Second Quarter of 2013 will include Hotel, Truck Stop, Restaurant, and other services to support the growth in the region.
MultiCorp International, Inc. has purchased 157 acres of prime real estate in the Dawson Creek area of British Columbia for the development of a 100-200 room hotel, full service truck stop, truck wash, convenience store, and other retail space to be able to service the expected boom in growth in the Dawson Creek area.
“This parcel is situated in the prime area of Dawson Creek and will capitalize on the fact that Dawson Creek’s population is set to explode over the next 4-7 years. The company plans to work closely with our strategic partner, New North Construction, Ltd, to develop the property with a truck stop, hotel, fueling station, and other ancillary service businesses to accommodate the growth projected for this area. When this project is completed, it should be valued in the $100 million dollar range and will create a steady income for the company of $4-6 million dollars per month in revenue” stated Mr. Paul D. Securing this property is the first of the development projects we have planned for this area of B.C. As part of the company’s due diligence process, Mr. Lisenby personally was in Dawson Creek earlier this year and spoke with key local business owners to insure this project would be in the best interests of the company. As Dawson Creek welcomes some 50, 000 new workers along with their families over the next 4-7 years, the building of this project – as well others the company has planned for this area – will truly create an incredible opportunity for MultiCorp to expand its business globally.
